you know how everyone 'knows' someone an urban legend has happened to; well has anything like that ever really happened to you.....I cannot think of any that have happened to me, unless going to the supermarket and coming home is one....but there were no maniacs in the back seat and nobody running after the car trying to warn me............

Not really an urban legend but I was driving on a highway few years back when I swore I saw myself in the middle of the road - I pulled over to think about it and to consider if I was sleepy or not. 30 secs or so late there was a truck-car collision ahead of me shrug.

I actually got chills running down me after reading your story rsot - 4 real.

Spooky.

Not a proper urban legend but when I was about 14, the old man next door died and we purchased the house.
A few weeks later, myself and my cousin went into the house to have a smoke.
We got inside and as we started to climb the stairs, we both heard loud moaning noises coming from one of the rooms upstairs - we legged it out of there pronto.

I sill believe to his day it was the dead old man makng the noises as only I had the key to the house so no one was playng pranks.

I am actually shaking after writing that - I am still scared! - and I am scared of the dark and I wont go downstairs at night to go get a drink of water without turning all the lights on or waking someone up in the house to come with me! - I am 35!

For some reason I believe there is a witching hour between midnight and 1am so there is no way ever I leave my room between those times! - must be all those horror movies I watched when I was very young.

But yes, I get tired on the long drives - was just weird and somewhat coincidence since I am not really into all the spiritual and ghost stuff...

I remem when I was way way younger, even though I swam a lot I used to have some kind of weird fear that no matter where I was (pool, lake, ocean, etc), there was always something lurking way deep that would come up and get me. Was funny especially when I was doing lifeguarding...

I had an out of body experience before. Walked down a dark tunnel with the white light at the end. Before I could go into the light I was pulled back was floating above my sleeping body. maybe God was trying to show me something I don't really know.

I had an out of body experience 2 days ago. Was walking down a dark tunnel and it stinked very bad and and I was furthur down I can see the light and it was so real and when I get up the light I see a blue/white door and when I open it there ARE BIG BOLD LETTERS SAYING LIMITED! REQUIRING VERIFICATION OF TUNNEL PASSPORT TO ENTER. Glad I woke up. lol.
