Connection timeout using vpn

I use a VPN and i have a problem i tried to resolve myself with no joy. The problem starts when i would click to log on for example yahoo e-mail amazon ebay to enter user name and password. The connection times out every time has anybody ever had this problem really starting to fry my head as i need to log into ebay and amazon . Would appreciate any help how to fix this

its iprivo its free service but it been doing the job so far from getting me linked on amazon
