How to find the mac address of a free wifi?
 

So I logged into a free wifi next door neighbor, but how do I find the mac address? I don't want to change it I just need to write it down since I logged into an account by mistake and messed up something. I need the mac address for reference. Help anybody?

I can't log in via the router ip since I don't have the username and password and im not going next door to ask for it so any other ways?

mac address usually isnt a problem with ebay, so dont worry about it. Just make sure your IP address changes.
I am guessing if they havent locked the routers wifi, the admin pw and username may be the default settings. you can google the router as usually the firmware is shown on the routers webpage.

I know its not a problem with ebay or paypal. I just wanted a reference so if anybody knows let me know.

How do I found what router it is anyways or usually a brand has the same login for all routers?

Do you know the IP address? If so then after you've contacted the router you can open command prompt and enter 'arp/a' and see which MAC address is associated with the relevant IP address.
