Is there a timeframe I have to turn in package before 3pm or no?

I think each PO has their own times. Just depends on when the trucks leave,etc.

My PO has to have it by 10am if you want next day delivery.

3 pm is smaller location. 4 pm at bigger locations but contact your local post office for clarification. I would go with the post office for overnight as its not really overnight to the lower 48. Its more like 1-2 days all depends on location.

I shipped it before 10am and express mail post office in the us got next day. Costed $27.00. Thanks everybody!
