Can you pay for shipping with google checkout

Hey guys I currently ship out items with USPS and pay for it with paypal. I am wondering if you could pay for it with google checkout? I am considering trying google checkout's merchant account, does anyone have any experience with them. Is google checkout as strict as paypal and will they freeze my account like paypal does. Also will they eventually ask for my ssn=}:bump::amen::pry::hail::clap::D
