So the machine says on the phone i can't load the 500 dollars because it exceeds walgreens daily limit load. Is this common? Anybody tried this before?

I bought a moneypak loaded 500 dollars, but coudn't buy more at the same walgreens because they have some weird policy of only buying the max 1 per day so I wen't to 2 more walgreens to buy it.
