What shipping company do your international suppliers use ?

Im just wondering, what shipping company do your international; suppliers use when sending you your goods that you sell on ebay?

Fedex, ups, tnt, ems, dhl ?

i usually use tnt or ems, but was wondering if anyones used the others and are they much better, etc.

USPS is less expensive for some of my items. eg I had a parcel coming from Colorado
that weighed 11 lbs (2kilos)* and that cost me US$190 but with express delivery-thingy and
FEDEX wanted nearly US$340 even giving a discount.
Depends always on the volume they ship what will be the best price.

**excuse my bad math, I use paypal. QUACK.**

Royal mail, because it's the easiest. But it's a total joke at the same time, I've had so many problems with them.

Before christmas, I had to return a GPS to one of my suppliers (who I've been using since I was about 13) so I sent it international signed for delivery from the royal mail. Anyway to cut a long story short, come 4 months later, still hadn't arrived, tracking was showing up online just as "passed over to chinese postal services".

I filed an investigation with royal mail, gave them all details, proof of postage, proof of value, receipts for the item, etc. Another month later, came back saying the item had been delivered about 18 days after it was sent. However, there was no signature (for international SIGNED FOR), and my supplier said he had not received it. So that was about £250 down the pan for nothing.

RM are a dead end, but unfortunately, they are the only cheap, wide spread service in the UK.
