How can they tell the real from the ⊗⊗⊗⊗...... Im sure these probably look just like the ones the fed prints. This definitely was not done by a group of regular people....i sense people on the inside.

Oh they prob have a lot of security features - T-bonds are also VERY trackable so let's say they check T-Bond 123456 - and, wtf? there's 1 in Mr. X's vault and another out in Swiss bank...very easy to tell which is ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
