Seen plenty of these sales before. Most of them are usually given to the seller for free, who doesn't actually need it. Check feedbacks first though

Low feedback. Asks for phone number to be given, they reload it for you.

Seems it only works once, or a few times after reading around.

Yeah, most of those cards are usually purchased from stolen credit cards and if it is reported, they will trace everything the stolen credit card was used for and you will end up with no minutes.
