Author P.D. James has a forward in one of her books, sorry cannot remember which one, that says: The world is controlled by a group of men meeting in a board room of a swiss bank. The rest of "us" are just filling are time here on earth with our mundane efforts at running our lives. No real effect on the economy, politics or what ends up happening .. period.
