I recently sold to a wife of a New York Yankee.

I had to ask are you the wife of xxxxxxx?

She said yes I am are you a Yankee fan? If so I would love to send you an autographed baseball for giving me the opportunity to purchase this lovely item.

With an odd last name I just knew who it had to be.

I really need to send a note inside.

Damn Yankees cannot buy a championship anymore like they did 10 years ago can they?

Interesting old thread. Sold a guitar to corky stasiak. Turns out he was involved with some major production on albums from aerosmith to Bruce Springsteen. Was a real nice guy and I hand delivered it

Why would you want a NY Yankee player signed baseball?

The player had an awesome career going until he signed with the Yankees 2-3 years ago and has not done well since.

Drives me nuts when a team goes out and buys up players to fill every position like the Yankees did in the late 90s early 00's and now they cannot buy a pennant to save their butts. Which is a good thing.

If you try to use any high profile name, you'll lose the account before you can say "eBay sucks"
