Interesting Sellers...

I think sellers are becoming a bit ancy about the feedback thing because i find that some are really going out of their way to ensure that the transaction is smooth. But im not that kind of buyer... if i get the item that i want and its working fine then i leave positive feedback is only fair.

I sent payment 2 days ago to one buyer and he messaged me because there was problems with shipping... i was like sure ok. It was valued under $20 so it wasnt a big deal. I messaged him today to see what was up and this is what he sent:

Yes, Im sorry.Im off to the post office apparently
you cant print International First class postage on Paypal or the USPS website.Thats kind of dumb!!So all of this not having any thing to do about You and your Patience Im sending you 2 more NO CHARGE.I will e-mail as soon as I come back from P.O.Sorry Again for Delay!
Thanx

whoa 2 more?...i told him it wasnt necessary.

----

Im also noticing more followup emails, after payment and after shippment. Kudos to the sellers with good customer service.

I would hope that there are lots buyers that are happy with their transaction. This is a huge wake-up call for sellers to make sure they do their best. What I object to is the 'ease' with which a negative/neutral feedback can be done. I hate being slapped in the face by anyone and I will spit if it happens because of a buyer's gross stupidity.

ive lowered my postage costs so there practically the actual cost. I also ship out the item within hours of receiving payment ( where possible ) and if i dont recieve feedback within 5-7 days i email the buyer to make sure they are happy with the item.

now more then ever you gotta suck up to every buyer.

:rolleyes:Yeah. I agree there. Still can not work out what to do with this. Had a problem with a COD exchange.....buyer late, thought the color of a train incorrect. But I smiled, oh howI smiled. At least the fb was not negative. Blocked the ID though;). LOL.

Some people are born whiners. No matter what you do, there are 5% of people out there you can NEVER satisfy.

Yup and you can kinda tell those ones sometimes before the auction, they are the ones asking a ton of stupid questions.

i usually block them anyway, i hate people asking questions that are answered in the listings.
