The zebra LP 2844 is what I use. Bought it used for around $75 on ebay. Best investment in the world. Already paid for it self in time saving.

I bought a simple brothers thermal label printer...

Very simple, no ink needed...you can buy the paper rolls pretty cheap on the bay

Zebra LP2844 is the best I have found. A little more professional than the Dymo's - although they are good too.
