FINALLY Got Rid of Internet Explorer!

I have been using Internet Explorer since 1998

It has finally come to a point where so many things are just not working right with that browser.

So, with some urging from aspkin, I switched everything over to Google Chrome.

WOW! What a difference. My Computer feels at least 10 times faster, plus everything seems to load and work right.

Takes about an hour to get used to the format and to do some importing, but an hour well spent. :)

Imakemoney 11-05-2012 06:25 PM

Firefox all the way for me :peace:

LoopHole 11-05-2012 06:27 PM

Firefox for me too. But does piss me off sometimes.

mcmx 11-05-2012 06:28 PM

Google Chrome is the way to go

GreenBean 11-05-2012 06:51 PM

what took you so long to come to this conclusion?

yotano211 11-05-2012 10:59 PM

Firefox for me, and welcome to the 21th century OP. I only have to use IE when some websites are not compatible with firefox.

BiN4RY 11-05-2012 11:01 PM

The only uses to IE is to use it to download other browsers

jamcocktail21 11-06-2012 12:15 AM

Firefox is the best for stealth

MM78 11-06-2012 12:22 AM

Firefox! for me...

mercurial333 11-08-2012 01:40 PM

You definitely 5 years late:)

Chrome is the fastest and I'd make the switch too if it supported multi-row tabs, until then Firefox is king for power users.

rsot 11-08-2012 05:01 PM

Still use IE old edition and Firefox - works ok.

moneyhustler88 11-09-2012 08:25 AM

I prefer Firefox and safari lol

xenix 11-09-2012 09:44 AM

Congrats bro that you moved to a fastest browser..I used IE for years at some realised that IE is crap :-)

moneyhustler88 11-12-2012 06:20 AM

astralman 11-16-2012 01:35 PM

Internet explorer used to be really quick years back, but now its so slow and complicated with all the buttons.

Johnson1 11-16-2012 04:06 PM

Never liked IE, never looked back since I changed to Firefox.

rsot 11-16-2012 05:00 PM

Netscape ftw!

GreenBean 11-16-2012 05:01 PM

rsot in age revealing shock

aspkin 11-16-2012 05:12 PM

Chrome is where it's at -- I used Firefox for the longest time but I'm glad I switched to Chrome.

I love the ability for all my bookmarks and passwords to sync across multiple computers. I use 3 computers throughout the day and it's nice having the same bookmarks updated on them at all times. That's just one of many of the benefits of Chrome.

moneyhustler88 11-17-2012 03:11 PM

i havent really got into chrome love safari though..

stanislav 11-17-2012 10:27 PM

I am still using Mosaic. Fastest browser to date.

bruckshut 11-23-2012 12:22 AM

im using chrome but firefox has better security options and chrome is a big target for malicious software

golden_monkey 11-24-2012 09:01 PM

chrome is google spyware provided free of charge by google. DO-NOT-USE

if you really like chrome, you can pick up a version with out all the extra baggage.

SRWare Iron - The Browser of the Future

I'm a full time opera user and its great, I don't really have browser hate cause I have to deal with all of them. I use IE to view this site just for safety :-)

also FF guys if you use it for stealth check your GEO settings....

jamblix 11-24-2012 11:46 PM

Dang it took you until 2012 to switch from IE?

I went from IE > Firefox > Chrome

Actually I still use Firefox but Chrome is my main, I love the "right click > new tab" option for chrome and how there is nothing in the top left corner of the browser just the tab.

rsot 11-25-2012 06:51 AM

SRWare Iron - interesting.
