| | | John14789 | 06-21-2008 02:21 AM | What cars do you have? What car do you plan on getting? I drive a 2008 c300 mercedes and I also drive a 2007 infiniti g35. I really want to get a '08 escalade or a hummer h2. I searched a bit and saw they stopped making hummer h1 I wanted to get this car but $140,000 for a car with such low mpg is crazy! But non the less the h1 is a awesome car. Also like the benz e320 really nice car. My all time favorite car is the BMW 745i. That car looks soo good in all white and having white rims. I would mainly want to get the 745i, what do you guys think?
So tell us what car you drive and what car you plan to get. |
| aspkin | 06-21-2008 02:32 AM | |
| John14789 | 06-21-2008 02:39 AM | How much you get for that mustang? not bad. I really like the old mustangs from the 1960-70 there really expensive though. The 335i is a really nice car. I think bmw and mercedes have the best sedans around. You plannin to get the convertable 335i or the hardtop?
You dont like the 745i?
Up really late uh aspkin? My schedule is really messed up I used to sleep at like 12am and wake up at 7am and now sleep at like 7am and wake up at
4pm. How about you? |

| aspkin | 06-21-2008 02:48 AM | I sold the 87 Mustang for 9k to my uncle. And for sure I would get a hardtop 335i, I've had a convertible before and I don't really like them. If anything I wouldn't mind the M3 BMW, but gas is horrible. I want something that at least gets 20mpg. Bush has suggested bombing Iran before he leaves office; you know what that'll do to gas prices?
And yes my sleeping pattern is very weird. Don't get me started on that. ;) |
| John14789 | 06-21-2008 02:55 AM | Yep Bush has been one pain in the *** LOL. But non the less we are not going to see the crude oil prices drop until 2009 I saw it on bloomberg ( I watch it for all the latest business news because I do the forex). Does the 335i have the hardtop roof come down ,like they have it on one of the mercedes cant remeber the name right now?
I messed up my schedule big time because I look at the forex charts to see if im not lossing any money. Let me tell you can make some big money in the forex buy your mind is always thinking is the pair going up or down. What happen with your schedule? |
| aspkin | 06-21-2008 03:12 AM | I have no schedule, being an internet marketing, building websites, working as an affiliate etc can be done anytime of the day, so I go to sleep when I'm tired and wake up when I want. That can screw things up! What usually happens is I go to sleep later and later each day until its mid afternoon of the next day. By that time I usually start my pattern over. It's weird.
But yes, I'll take this one: http://gtaindetail.com/pics/z4m122806/e.jpg |
| John14789 | 06-21-2008 03:18 AM | You go to school for all those things? If you stay up try the forex.
Yep nice car I would take that too! Soo much interest piles up if you get a loan to buy the car. The next car I buy Ill try and buy full. How about you you gonna pay full or get a loan?
I have a loan for the mercedes and im not lovin. |
| highwhey | 06-21-2008 03:21 AM | that bmw is sexy...
car loans...i hate them, on decent interest, i'm paying 700$/m for my titan |
| John14789 | 06-21-2008 03:23 AM | Dang man $700 for a titan. Suggestion for a couple of hundred dollars more go with a escalade. |
| highwhey | 06-21-2008 03:26 AM | good thing is a few more months of high payments and i'm done, I probably don't want to get myself in another car loan :p i'll start saving to pay in full. |
| John14789 | 06-21-2008 03:28 AM | Yah I know I still got 2 more years til the loan on the mercedes ends. Im gonna pay it off once I get setup with ebay(by the way im gettin everything set up on monday! I cant wait). What car are you planning to get? |
| aspkin | 06-21-2008 03:30 AM | Yeah, I might pay in full; I just paid off the Titan a few months ago. My payments were around $500 a month, but I paid it off two years early. I didn't like the interest. |
| John14789 | 06-21-2008 03:33 AM | How many cars you got in total and which ones?
Hey aspkin one question for ya: the internet marketing did you go to school for this or just learned it?
I wanna start something else besides ebay and the forex trading.
You ever try the forex? |
| highwhey | 06-21-2008 03:34 AM | how much is your monthly payment on the benz? (if you don't mind me asking) and congrats, i just set up a new account on ebay as well. well after my titan's loan is over, I'd like to stay clear for awhile, but with gas on the rise, it wouldn't be wise to drive around town with my 13 mpg truck. but most hybrids are just bad looking, the only gas saving car that catches my eye is the lotus elise...they go for 35 used, my bro just bought one as well. although at 35k, i'd have so save up for awhile. it all depends on how my ebaying goes. :o |

| John14789 | 06-21-2008 03:41 AM | Dont mind at all we are all friends here! I pay $900 with insurance and insurance is $200. With all the info here and in the ebook I think I will be able to be on ebay forever! I think ebaying for me will go pretty well I have 2 big supplier lined up for me to buy from them. I plan to do about $36,000-$50,000in sales every month. |

That's a big goal, but nonetheless, I applaud you for being determined! I hope you reach your goal. I'm still trying to sort out things, researching suppliers, etc. I deal with computers but I'm trying to move away from that. Too much labor, and people are too cheap. |

I sell electronics such as cell phones and ipods mainly but wanna go into game systems and games also.
I LOVE CELL PHONES AND GAMES :D |

| Sammi007 | 06-21-2008 09:35 AM | Hay John,
How did you get into Forex, and is it a profitable system to get into?
and do you have any information on how to learn all that stuff???? |
| unknown_user | 06-21-2008 05:05 PM | well you can see from my last post in every thing else that I had my car recently stolen. lol (pix are included in that post)
I HAD a 99' Porsche 986 with carbon fiber everything interior wise etc.
I have currently a Cadillac SRX V8 AWD Fully loaded 04
and a 07 Nissan Altima.
Future car... perhaps a BMW or Mercedes. I thought about a C55 Mercedes however I like the M3 :D |
| John14789 | 06-21-2008 05:10 PM | Well got into the forex when ebay kicked me off.
You can learn all that you need to know from babypips.com
I learned EVERYTHING from babypips.com
It is very profitable if you have a standard account and if you have a mini account you wont make that much but you will make enough.
In the standard account a pip is $9.95 and in a mini account it is $.95 so suppose 10 pips went up you would have just made $99.95 on a standard account and on a mini account $9.95.
On a mini account you have to have a initial deposit of $250 and on a standard account $2500
I use forex.com setup was easy and I was trading the same day
I personally am still learning and making money on the mini account and will be moving on to the standard account in about 4 months. |
| divine422 | 06-21-2008 05:11 PM | I drive only the best and latest TTC and i occasionally take the purple viva out for a spin on the weekends. |

You can buy a boxster for about $70,000 and you have a porsche. I like the porsche the one that looks like the batman car cant remeber the name. Why didnt you just get the escalade instead of the srx?
Nissan makes good cars and the altima doesnt look bad but I dont know I just love luxury cars as a kid I didnt really ride in any and now I always want to ride in luxury cars, you get my flow?
The c55 is nice car man You should also consider the s600 really really good car. If I were to get another mercedes I would buy the s600. |

Is it the Vauxhall viva you talking about?
I really dont know what the TTC is care to explain :D |
| imjustme | 06-21-2008 05:25 PM | I don't drive a car, to be honest. I drive a taxi or the subway to wherever I need to go. I stuff all my money into my bank accounts. I keep planning on buying one, but deep down inside I'm saving up for a Ferrari :D |
| John14789 | 06-21-2008 05:27 PM | Buy a ferrari off of ebay seriously they got some pretty good deals. I just want about 7-10 luxury cars and im good :D
It depends if you live in a big city if you have to take a taxi or the subway. Looks like you in the NYC? |
| imjustme | 06-21-2008 05:31 PM | I'm in Tokyo. Do you know how much import tax I pay for a Ferrari here? :D |

If you earn atleast $20,000 a month I really dont think gas prices is a problem. Do you think Bill gates or donald trump care about gas prices?
I on the other hand care about gas prices because its eating up my hard earned money. |

I on the other hand care about gas prices because its eating up my hard earned money. | You have a point. Although even if you have that kind of capital, it still wouldn't be wise. Wow, 20k/m? Now that is some serious bank. |
| John14789 | 06-21-2008 06:02 PM | I used to make 12k in profit just from ebay man and those piece of crap people shut me down. But now thanks to Aspkin and all ya all Im gonna be getting back makin even more. If you want to make some cash aside from ebay try the forex but read and know what your doing before risking real money. |
| ebayhateluv | 06-21-2008 07:03 PM | As u get older (and wiser)-- U realize that buying used/investing the difference is smarter..
I have a 6 -8 mpg vehicle--with 2 diesel gas tanks..
We also have a 6 cyl miniVan
+ 2- 4cyl cars..Im gonna get a hybrid next.
I can make no more than 5.5-6 % on my money safely-so if the pyts are more than that- its wiser to just pay cash.
(Ive got relatives than boast--"well-Ive got $60,000 in a money market acct")--I tell them , Yea-SO--youre earning what 4-5% on that, and you pay what 11-15% on your cc's each month?? Doesnt make sense--
Weve got a friend whos a lawyer-he gets a brand new car every year.
He leases.
No repairs. always has the latest Hot vehicle. So, for him, i guess it pays? He just traded the lexus small car with the broad front end--dont know what it was called--but it was a 2 seater--now he has the new caddillac, dvs or sts? cant remember.. |
| GreenBean | 06-21-2008 07:21 PM | My new X3 is on lease like that. When it has been on the road say 12-14 months it is upgraded to a new car. Bear in mind that it is on the road as a work car so it makes sense
to lease.. |
| highwhey | 06-21-2008 07:37 PM | I've been thinking of leasing as well. About 300-400$/m for a new BMW, that's about half what I pay for my truck, although I'm not leasing. It does make sense to me as well, I mean, the truck that I'm almost done paying off is getting older...at some point I'm going to consider a trade in. |
| GreenBean | 06-21-2008 07:46 PM | If you can lease and have payments covered with tax write-offs, it works. As you say age
and mechanical repairs become a problem. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 10:19 AM. | |
