I love my facial hair. Makes me look my age. When shaved i look like im 15. I have experimented with this and i tell you from my studies girls like me a lot better with facial hair... I would never get my facial hair removed!

mmm I might do my legs, below the knee, the bit that needs waxing...

as for guys face? it is convenient as it takes long time to shave in the morning, but not sure if a guy should be smooth, looks weird, heard it lessens hair growth though, so if you did a few sessions it would need less maintaining.
