What site is better Amaz or Eb?

I did a search on alexa website and EB ranked 21 in the world while Amaz ranked 10th! I also wanted to see how many views the sites get.

So I went on worthofweb website, and EB got like 39.9 million views a day, and Amaz got about 69 million views a day.

Now I am sure there are sellers on here who sell on both. What one gets you the best results? I sell on EB for now. I sell on a day about 1 to 11 sales per day on EB. At times 0 but on an avg for the month I'd say 3 per day and if I am top rated seller about 5 to 6 per day. (Kind of getting sick of the 5 star rating system due to people over seas not understanding customs and yet in all my auctions it states will take up to 25 business days. Yet some people still leave negative from Canada cause it took 2 weeks while it clearly says up to 15 business days. EB people can't read or don't know how to read, they must look at pictures only!) Then EB removes you from search engine or knocks you down cause of lower ratings or some bs and then PP locks you out for 21 days even if you sold over $25k in one year. I find these 2 companies to be the lamest yet! I can see why EB is now ranked 21st in the world! If not for sellers they wouldn't be in business they don't treat seller fairly for sure.

Also I don't know how Amaz works, I did see warehouse photos online. So no idea if you ship them all your products and they have someone else pick it up and ships it for you? That be nice! :) I know on Amaz you have to post tracking and ship within same day or next day.

Thanks. :)

all depends on what you sell but for me amazon is WAYYYYY better. Im talking 20x more sales than ebay for the same items.

WOW Very nice. Man if this happened too me I'd be a very rich man! 20 times more!!! WOW!

Selling platform is only as good as the seller.

It's down to the seller to make the most of the chance to sell.

ebay suits one set of my items.

Amazon is outstanding for another type.

Solution: play on both playgrounds ( & pray not to be suspended :pound:)

Personally I like ebay more....less cash but no deletions....

Can experiment and have success on both sites. Just read up on Az - very strict and chance of account deletion.

Yea once I get EB up and running again I'll do that.

Well what I learned is that some products work and sell better on one or the other. So it's really good to try = more $$$$! :cheer:
