Highly technical question regarding GMAIL - Also, POP vs. IMAP

I don't own a Mac, don't use Entourage, my main email provider is Yahoo but I'm going to say this, Gmail is very sophisticated. So much so that it seems emails downloaded using Entourage are marked in GMail as read, so they don't get downloaded again? Using other versions of Entourage only download unread copies of emails, not downloaded already? You probably already know this, and just need to figure a way to fix it, but all I got for you is this: Search Results - Help Center

It doesn't download them as read messages? Seems odd. I use gmail with OE, but don't really connect on anything, but gmail and OE. Sorry I can't help.

Did you deleted your message on Entourage? Cause I read my Gmail's messages on my BlackBerry using BlackBerryPush and when I delete one message on my BB, it's also deleted on the server...

If I download all of my email accounts to Outlook folder on my desktop can ebay link them if i read the emails from the different accounts on my desktop? When I send and receive will ebay know it's from i'm reading emails from the same ip address?
