How many meals/calories do you eat a day?
So how many calories do you eat a day? I'm 19 and 5'8 (173cm tall) and i eat 3,400-4,000 a day. Currently in a "bulking" phase where i am eating to gain 1-2 pound a week in bodyweight.
My meals are:
1. 2 cups oats with full fat whole milk
2. Meal replacement shake 1,000 calorie 52g protein
3. 250g chicken breast 100g basmati rice
4. Meal replacement shake 1,000 calorie 52g potein
5. Rice cake with smooth natural peanut butter
6. 1 cup oats 1 cup blueberrys full fat whole milk
Everyday without fail. I eat alot of pizza and McDonalds.

Not going to be happy till i am 200lbs. Than i will go on a "cutting" phase and eat 1,800 - 2,500 calories a day and lose 1-2lbs a week until i have veiny thick abs like i did in summer at 150lbs. https://fbcdn-sphotos-d-a.akamaihd.n...76864856_n.jpg
So not only am i addicted to making money online, i also "hack" my body too. I hope to no longer be working when i am 20 and just going to the gym and eventually entering fitness model/bodybuilding shows. |
