Geez, this is about the most obscure question I have ever seen. I know this is stealth forum but that doesnt mean we ask stealth disguised triple secret questions.

Lets see for starters....

- are you sending or receiving?
- what carrier / mail class ?
- was it sent with proof of signature request?
- what is from and to countries

Remember... stealthy questions get stealthy answers
