Which cards work to open etsy store?

I'm working on opening my first stealth etsy account. Before I go any farther I wanted to find out how I go about getting a stealth CC# for the billing to open the shop? I searched the forum and cant seem to find any info on it, but please lead me in the right direction if I am wrong. Can someone please give me some input on this? Thanks
