eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - How to use small balance on gift cards?

So I now have a dozen vanilla gift cards with small balances left from .25 to $10. Is there some way to conveniently consolidate these or should I just toss em?

No real way - many cc processors have a min of $1 per transaction.

What I found - and its silly - but a deli at my work sells jams for 17 cents each...and I get it for my breakfast so I have used small balance cards to buy them ha

When you next want to purchase something at a store, ask them to take the remaining balance from the card and you will pay the difference in cash.
