retrieving payment via tsb uk

Hi

so i sent a payment to a uk bank account for a small item, he then turned around and said it will cost more to send item and wanted £15, so i said return my payment, now he saying he going to keep 10% of it :@

what can i do to retreive my payment in full? i paid with tsb ? shall i phone them and get them to collect it back?

You can't - a bank transfer is a final payment.

The bank stipulate that they have no interest after the payment has been sent

wow, i thought uk banks would have some sort of fail safe in place,

No, bank transfer is final. Only people who can get it back are the police if its fraudalent.
