Default What keeps you motivated

What keeps you motivated about e b a y and AZ?

Is there anyone who are fed up with this game?

Endless of times, i have read shocking stories on this forums and elsewhere and people are being treated with these bullies.

Sad fact is, these bullies are done and dusted with the small time business, now they just want giant outlets.
They have used us, now that these bullies are where they are because of the buyers, and people like us who keep giving them business

What drives us back to them every time we get suspended

Is it because there is good money in it, is it because we are mad at them for treating us like this, is it because we believe that the way they mess with us, we should do the same.

Sometimes it is so over whelming....real real pain!!!!

Not even my best.

If I can remember the numbers.

Babe Ruth autograph baseball in a box of balls at a flea market.

Paid 0.50 cents for it.

Had it authenticated by Mr Mint.

Sold for thousands.

Bought box lot of glassware for 10.00, sold one factory odd ball color piece for 1200.00.

30 years of buying and selling antiques, collectibles does this.

I was running yard sales, flea markets, auctions when I was a young kid.

Grandparents drilled this stuff into me for years.

I watched them buy and sell everything from junk to boats to real estate.

Mainly did antiques and had extreme knowledge.

Then deal with the pain. Do not let some pack of bar stewards ever beat you. Fight to the death of any account.
Go on living a bit longer where you do now, eternity. You'll learn a lot about perseverance from your whacky neighbours. Trust me. Apply that to ebay

Nothing makes me more happy to know that eb or pp wont ever defeat me.

Since I learned so much over the past 4 years I have the upper hand and it wont change.

I love challenges and so far I can honestly say they might just be a bit fed up with me kicking their butts and helping others do the same.

Everything is about MONEY, no matter what way you look at it. Whether you have little or not a lot, either way it isnt enough. I am one of those people that have been very fortunate with my business and there are several things that I personally believe in when it comes to money....

1. Respect. Money isnt the answer to everthing, but it certainly can solve many problems. Like most things in life, everything in moderation when it revolves around money.

2. Be Financially Smart & Set Yourself Up For Success. Like I mentioned above I have been fortunate when it comes to my business, and if you smart enough to get there, so dont f*ck it up when it comes to the power of money. Look ahead and set yourself up for success financially. Can I afford the newest lambo financially yes. It is financially responsible, no. So with that being said I happily settle with a different sports car, that I am more that happy with and more than I even need. Set your future up with financial situations that most people have to work for until they are 60,70,80+ yrs old, such as an education, house, vehicles, kids, etc. I know I could go on for hours with this, but there is a reason most people are in serious debt. Be smart.

3. Karma. This is debatable, but personally I think it is true. I do not revolve my life around it, but I do believe in it. I did not wake up and become successful and nobody does, so make sure you remember how you got there and who helped pave your path and make it an option for you. Make sure you give back (financially or not) and make sure you properly return the favor at some point to those who made your success possible.

EB and PP and AZ got to me once, now, alot wiser, know how to handle things better.

What keeps me going is FAITH. Faith in me, that i can do this, faith in believing that eventually i would get what i am aiming for. Faith in you all lovely people in this forum who never make me feel alone.

Come one people, lets keep the ball rolling, and never let EB PP AZ bully us.

I have nearly walked away a couple of times due to bad buyers..and paypal issues but what keeps me going is that I enjoy being my own boss and the family time it gives me means I could never go back to the 9-5..plus a very hectic social life to participate in..who am I kidding this forum is my social life.....but seriously money is way down there on the list of priorities...

stress reliever tip - reply to paypal with automated answers that have no bearing to the question....

I do not think anything emotionally motivates anyone about ebay here.

but the Money that you must earn and need seriously if you are trying to go back to ebay after you get suspended it is cause you need that cash

I personally need a motivate (that is why I came to this topic) when dealing with ebay and pp and knowing that I have to do it is the only reason I still keep doing it

some elite users said they are doing it cause their experiencing new @rsot I highly doubt it man after doing it for years what else are we really missing it? like Sandy D said I do not think ebay can ever defeat me, I used to get excited knowing that I am getting around the ebay's firewall but not anymore SOS everyday

I almost forgot maybe that will help someone when you are upset or just lazy to do an ebay
What I do is I race with my self it really helps me a lot honestly you just gotta start and once you keep rolling do not stop and like keep creating accounts think about how much can you make with them as in many cases more accounts equals more money

one more thing, for an example you want to buy around 2000 dollars car STOP looking at that car or greater ones thinking you already got this or STOP calculating like how many accounts you need than when you are going to have that money thinking you got this STOP just make the money first trust me its a better feeling that looking at something than you cannot afford at the moment, MAKE the money first...

Wanted to add another of my thoughts.

My kids.

When I see them thriving in school and being young teens I want to be able to provide them with the things and tools they need to become successful good adults.

Money does not by everything but when a kid is confident, has parents backing and is taught that not everything comes easy, it drives me to work harder and harder.

They see us working hard and not being couch potatoes and know that hard work, determination and the will to succeed gets you places.

My 9th grader is already receiving letters from colleges.

She can go to an antique auction and buy things to list on her own stealth account I made for her and end up making a nice monthly profit. With that she learns how to manage money and grab success too.
