So today, one of my very few customers ever from China opens an INR case for firstclass mail international sent 2 weeks ago. Now bear in mind the entire country has been off the last 2 weeks for Chinese New Year - a National holiday. In fact, my suppliers have not answered my RFQs for the past 2 weeks. I have to imagine their mail system is shut down as well.

So here this guy is in Shanghai wanting to know why he hasnt got his item yet.
I have to find a nice padded room to retire to very soon - this s****t gets weirder every day.

Shrug a funny situation - guess buyer did not understand his own postal system

call up paypal/ebay and let them know about it and that it's new years china. chances are you might get a call center located out there about it! lol

No, call centers are closed too. Sounds like a great place to live. 2-3 weeks off for New Year. I think another 2 weeks off in October for Dragon Boat festival. Cheap postage. Bullet trains. Maybe time to get a picture of Chairman Mao.
