So I came to a conclusion...

I can't afford an Ipad so I want to get my wife at least a Android Tablet.

I need recommendations, I saw this one and i liked it so far, she mostly be on the wifi, reading ebooks.

Also, how good is the Android Marketplace...as far as apps and stuff?

Seriously...Google developer device is the Nexus 7 and it cost $199. I have it set up with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and run it like a normal computer.

The stuff you listed here is absolutely hideous and flawed in so many ways. Please stay as far away as possible from these Chinese sh!t brick tablets. Your wife will hate you when they can't operate properly and eventually stop working altogether.

you most certainly can get an iPad for around 250-300 mark as some of these are listed for

apple usa lists the ipad min at a starting price of US$325. DOuble check if you qualify under their education pricing program. That may give you a better price.

Those androids you listed sometimes have issues with updates & such.

Really better to go with post 2. Stick to the known and proven.

If MrsMM78 has never used androids, she might find it a new learning process too

i have the galaxy tab 2 7.0, cost about $199 at the time, now i think it's 175 or maybe you can get it used. it's great with the greenbean i mean jellybean update :)

You should of checked out the iPad Mini I sold my reg. iPad 3rd Gen and got the Mini and have been lovin it ever since!

That Samsung you got does look nice though for what she wants!
