Curious? How many of you actually went to Prom?
 

So I keep seeing these videos of guys asking girls out to Prom in wacky ways....How many of you actually went to Prom?

Myself, I didn't go to Prom, I went to the after-parties.

im not gonna lie... while quick scrolling around the site i though.. WTF did someone just post a thread called "porn"

lol i never went prom either, i dont know why but just wasnt interested then and plus i couldnt get a girl to go with at the time i think.... *sniff*

Was all set to go my Junior year with a Beautiful Blond, tickets bought, Tux rented, Trans Am borrowed....then find out I had Mono and had to cancel.

I felt so bad for my date, I compensated her for the dress she bought.

But, I got to go my senior year. Prom was boring, but we (me and my date) went to the beach afterwards and that turned out Great! *wink wink:dance:

I didn't go neither. I did go to the school after party though to only get handcuffed by police for being drunk. Got driven home by my grade administrator, went inside, freshened up and hit another party 30 mins later :)

all i can say is i was the only one at my prom with a date that had a child. enough said

Went to prom and a blast....Turns out it was a strip club and buck naked dancers showed up to the wrong party. Principle tried to stop it and he got into a lot of trouble. lol

My date was kind of freaked out when the dude in blue leopard print speedos started to throw his junk around his face :P

I didnt go... Seems like a waste of money for a few hours

I didnt go to prom, i liked a girl i asked her and shes like i will go but as friends not a date and i refused being cocky. High school was one of the worst experiences for me on top of that prom required over 300 bucks which at the time my monthly was 400. That was 2011 when i graduated high school lol.

I'm not surprised most of you didn't go prom.

I did was amazing got far too drunk

and me n my mates got absolutely wasted :D

i never went to mine tbh..well at school I didn't. I went to my college one though..was pretty good except my friend ended up sleeping with one of my college tutors lol..

Hubby was Prom king his Senior year and I was Prom queen the next year when I graduated.

We went to Jr and Sr proms and both homecomings.

Amazing times with great memories.

Today kids are wayyy into them and if you dont go you are a total nerd.

Girls have to have the weirdest dress and boys have to wear the pink Tux, funky shoes and have to drive a corvette or something or you are a total outcast.

Times have changed a lot.

I have two teens so I have that coming at me in a few years.

And yes, I wont allow the daughter to be going with anyone like MMs who carries around his plumbing company pictures.... :shocked::shocked::shocked:

I was a nerd :nerd: and thoroughly despised everything about high school except for science class. This was back in the 70s when it was more fun getting stoned and hangin out late listening to bands like Floyd, The Who, Zepplin, ELP, Yes, Hendrix and playing pick up basketball games at 2 AM down in the village. Needless to say I missed ALOT of classes but had as much fun or more than going to prom.

Same boat as you, I went to the after party. When I hopped into the limo of all my friends dressed up I kinda regretted it though, but not really. I was super broke in high school so I had no money to go anyways, even had girls offer to pay for my way in and a tux, but I didn't go for it. Ended up hooking up with a girl that night anyways, her prom date was not happy...

Was at it for an hour. Wayyyyy over rated, but the ladies love it. The real fun doesnt start until 2:00am

Prom was awesome. I had it so easy because the girl asked me out, and it was all smooth sailing from there!!!

Lost a lot of weight that year - went pretty anorexic because I was fed up with being fat - so a lot of girls who had not noticed me were like wtf is going on? quite a few invites out -was a good night.
