Hmm that is true but I won't have the weight of the parcel initially as Flannels are unwilling to help(this is what they said)

Unless I can take it to court I can find out exactly what proof they have

I will call Flannels again and see if I can just find out the weight

Did the Flannel company INSURE the package?

I'm not sure about what service Flannels used but I will find out tomorrow

It says YODEL 120 on the package, is that sufficient to show whether they used insurance?

You would see on your invoice if you have insured it.
