As reported by the Staten Island Advance, Ballew admitted regularly stealing nail polish so he could sell it to a nail salon for $2 per bottle.

There is actually a whole subculture of nail-growing faithful. I find it too tough to work and do things when nails are so long but...guess it`s something.
