Azimo Money transfer - Anyone had experience?
 

I had sent money to China straight to a bank account using Azimo money transfer. Unfrotunetely it was taking a long time, so I had to cancel the transfer. After Cancelling the transfer the refund is taking about 3 days now. Although they promised me it will be done today, it is not guarenteed.

Anyone had any experience with this company?

They have been around several years.

Highly popular in different ethinc communities in the UK for funds transfers back to their different homelands.
Big following on facebook
Read a claim they give a % of profit to charities.
When I checked them they are using a proxy out of the USA.
Although they are registered under FSA, they are not 'quite' there.

tbf, you are lucky they offered you a three day refund. Banks would take weeks.

Yes, rsot, it is carefully stated by the OP they have no refund.

Hence I made comment to that effect.

As it stands the OP knows, I know the refund is in the pipeline.

So the only really pertinent comment from you should have been ' hope soon for the OP'.

Or simply I hope the OP gets a refund soon.

They tend to make these types of promises... as the OP said.
