Earlier today, I wondered why my parrot was giving out loud & aggressive screams.
Checked the aviary once. Did not see anything unusual so checked a second time.
Observed a 3 foot red belly black snake lying along one of the grooves in the bottom of the cage.
Critter was like the one in the above youtube. Could be described as a juvenile about 3ft in length.
$5000 fine if you are caught despatching them. ( Protected species).
Just dont get caught. |

We know of one that was in its 90's when it passed away.
Swore like a trooper and would mimic your voice.
Shaman does too.
She talks about paypal.....
Will not say the exact words but..........
Hate, naffin and go multiply are in the sentence.
Think she listens to me a lot.
My neighbour hand feeds her daily if I am not around. So she is never lonely.
Oh, and she barks at the dogs in their different barks. LOL. |

He had young kids. Kids begged for a 'bird'.
He was a heavy drinker ( ). Came home with this small cage & this gal in it. Wee bird spent six weeks screaming from morning to night because she was petrified.
Kids were scared of the bird. Too big & they bite HARD. His now ex came to my place & told me he was either going to let the bird out of the cage or ring its neck. Had to do a re-house there & then. She had to stay in a room for a couple of days until we could get an aviary sorted.
Her behaviour reverted a lot over those six weeks. Feck, can not blame her. Took about 6 months to re-train her. Now she is doing great. |

What a nice bird bosslady. My mom had one when she was a kid in Cuba. She lived to be 54 years old. My mom gave the bird to her family since she was moving to the US. She passed away about 6 years ago. My mom cried for a few days.

Many here in Florida let many large pets loose because they cannot take care of them. So far we have been able to avoid them.

Don't have a pet if one cannot treat them well

My husband has a Darwin Carpet Python living in a glass cage in our garage. I read somewhere they can live from 20 to 50 years or something??? Not sure about that. I've never touched the damn thing!
