Keep in mind, eBay/Amazon still have the right to prohibit ANY PRODUCTS they don't like from being sold on their websites.

This is a major victory for both resellers and consumers. I'm really surprised this wasn't on any of the major news sites (I visit them daily and saw nothing about this).
