Update my rooted Samsung S3

Can someone please help me, I have a rooted UK Samsung s3 on T Mobile I9300BVEMF1, 4.1.2. Can someone tell me how I can update this to the latest Android version? Preferably without having to wipe my phone. Many thanks in advance.

The point of rooted is not to use the releases from phone carriers. Android, Windows Phone, and Windows Mobile Development News, Information, and Howtos - XDA Developers has every US smartphone on the market and communities work on each others phone development. I am sure the S3 has the newest android versions on some of the ROMs

IDK, but I consider current android to be 4.4.2

Especially if your rooted, there is no reason not be up-to-date imo :)

Can you recommend a popular Touchwiz based ROM? I did give cyanogenmod 10.2 a go but missed TW.

I do not have an S3, sorry. I have a DNA by HTC, that has yet to see the light of rooting - have to send in to get jtag'ed, which is almost too long of a wait to be w/o a phone :)
