I like how the Blazers are playing right now on the Western side. I did not realize how good Aldridge is. Only saw bits of any Blazers games this year. For a big man he is clutch making his free throws also.

I am sure that Western Conference series will continue brawls all the way to the finals.

Toronto (actually all of Canada) and NY are big markets. Even though I agree it was not as good many of the other ones. It rating were probably padded by the size of the fan bases.

Not much else in terms of basketball for all of Canada to follow (if they want to believe in the North )

You called this one.

Two years ago they were 20 game under 500, now 20+ above.

How could you fire a coach that turned it around?

He didn't get along with the Management. When they hired him too it was risky because he doesn't know the X's and O's of basketball like most NBA head coaches that were assistants for many years not TV Announcers.

Guy was a great motivational coach. But many people who follow basketball closely feel as though they won somewhat despite Mark Jackson.

There were issues with firing assistants and not going through the proper channels. Also, it was reported the Jackson locked Jerry West out of practices.

I am hearing Stan Van Gundy and Steve Kerr as top candidates they want. Personally I always really liked Lionel Hollins. Will be interesting to see what they do. I am 100% sure it won't be Mike D'Antoni. Tom Thibodeau might be on his way out of Chicago as well. So it is hard to say.

I called this before the playoffs in this thread.

Both are looking very good right now.

Indiana is playing better.

Even though I would like to see Lebron win another ring, I also like Tim Duncan and would like to see him win another.

Parker has been solid for a long time too. Ginobili is looking old. But Splitter and Kwahi Lenord. Playing some good ball the past few years.

Cray Duncan came in the League in like the 98-99 season and correct me if I wrong but the Spurs have never missed the Playoffs. Crazy.

OKC sure chocked today. I think Sandy has been right all along. Looking like a Heat and Spurs final to me.

Win or lose. If the Heat make it to the Finals what was the last team to get there 4 years in a row. I know Lakers and Bulls got 3peats. But I would be interested to know the last team that made it there 4 years in a row.

Celtics with Bill Russell made it to 10 in a row.

Celtics and Lakers with Bird and Magic made it to 4 in a row.
