I dont see that much here.

And both my kids are active in the sports THEY want to participate in.

If they choose not to play a season of something or sit out, fine with me.

My kids are honor students and kids first, everything else comes second.

If they dont do their homework or dont do well on a test they dont play, end of story.

Education and how they behave should be first and foremost.

Forcing a kid to play is not good for anyone.

Not mine. Dad takes the beats off their heads if they are on too much or listen to c-rap music.

My old man was pretty quite about things in general. But he once threw my Super Nintendo in the street for spending too many hours playing a videos games. Thank God looking back what a waste of a life. Also after getting a 2nd place trophy at the end of a Baseball season, he asked me if I felt proud about finishing second or if I though we could have done better. I told him I thought we should have won. He said "son never settle in life" it is a bad habit. Leave that on the bench for someone else or throw it in the trash.

I agree nobody remember second place. Losing is losing. I think what my pops was trying to tell me was did I meet my expectations and what I though was possible for myself and my team. If you predicted to finish dead last and make the Championship game that very well could be a successful season. You are still a loser but you can take something from it. For me honestly I was a decent baseball player in my day. The best team I ever played on lost in the game to get to the Championship for the league. We weren't expected to win but came ohh so close. The next year what was left of the team blew the rest of the competition away and we cruised to winning the league.

Most definitely I feel you are right. This may contradict what I just said. But in the long run you can not sell yourself short. You must keep striving to get to the top where you want to be in life. If you are willing to put in the time and can envision yourself doing so then it is possible.

Lebron makes what a minute without even stepping onto the court?

Lets see

32 mils in one day on the beats deal.
45 mils on shoes
17 mils on video games

22 mils playing

Over 100 mil a year and I have not even touched all of it.
