If Lebron James even a young one played with a Shaq in his prime it would have been game over. Kobe is a very good player. But the pure lack of talent Cleveland put around him. It was absolutely inexcusable. You have one of the best players out there and it was like Cleveland wanted to nickle and dime.

Reminds me of regardless of you opinion of the man. But Barry Bonds on the Giants. They let Jeff Kent go and squandered an opportunity to win by nickle and dimming hoping for cheap replacements. Exact thing that happened with Lebron in Cleveland. MO Williams broken down Antwan Jamison and Shaq at the very end. Cavaliers deserve to suck as much as I am concerned.

Jordan is by far the greatest I have seen. I think of the modern televised era. He had good role players around him. But Pippen, and all these other guys were made much better because of him. You can see the difference when he went to play Baseball. Lebron carried the entire Cavs team. He left and they went from Worst to absolute dead last.

Pippen was solid support cast - they even added in Rodman for a bit

Awesome NYC.

Sounds like lots of fun.

We get stuck watching the very boring Orlando Magic.

Yes sandy it was fun. Tickets were very cheap so I couldn't pass up.

The magic had a good game tonight beating the Knicks in double OT.

Spring training season starts next week here in Florida.

Hoping the Warriors finally get their Stadium built in SF. Both where the A's and the Warriors play is right next to one of the worst places in Oakland. "Felix the Cat" Mitchell use to have his drug ring just blocks away.

Durant is fresh blood - media trying to make a matchup out of it

Thunder messed up they should have shipped out Westbrook and kept Harden. Would have been like the Bulls trading Pippen. Westbrook is a nice player. But Guards are a dime a dozen in the NBA. Harden is a big time scorer who get to the line all the time. Honestly I can't believe the Thunder were that stupid. Making that deal if you ever listen to Durant probably cost them any chance of ever resigning him.

re: NBA Followers & other Ball sports (NCAA too)

I agree. Thunder needed his style of playing to get them to the next level.
Now I do not think they have a player who can step up and score consistently when Durant is held or having a bad night.

Miami wins because of James but they win rings because someone else steps up any time they need it. OKC does not have that player any longer.
