I have seen that a couple of the US sport thread (the very long NFL and the newly started NBA thread)

I myself watch a huge amount of Rugby, and with the Six Nations just starting thought it a good time to start a thread with a popular UK sport.

So are there many rugby fan on Aspkin?

If so which nation or local rugby club do you guys support?

I am a massive supporter of Wales and the Blue (although I watch all the Welsh rugby Unions). I also have a always had a pretty fond spot for Northampton, but I am following them a lot more this season mainly due to this seasons signings (a certain George North)

Always great games to watch. Been on the loosing side of many many of those matches as a Wales supporter. Been 60+ years since Wales beat the All Blacks.

Ha, never been a football fan.

Love playing 5-aside just never gotten into watching it.

I have heard Man U are not doing so great this season.

Have you ever been to see them live in the UK?

I'm from Yorkshire so Rugby League! Although played Union at university.

All Blacks, the New Zealand National team, are world beaters.

They get picked from all the clubs from the different provinces in NZ.

Union is a game of brains

Possibly the most successful and dominant sport team in world history.

The only player I really know from league is Sam Burgess. Rumour is that he is switching codes and moving to Bath, could be exciting for England if that happens.

I was at the game. Amazing atmosphere. Lost 29-9 though :doh:

2008 is sometime back - at least atmosphere was good :)

Six Nations actually looks interesting but no televised matches here I think
