His CC info was skimmed and cloned then used on a buying spree.

Well... for those who have their accounts limited... sorry... the scammer got scammed... money is gone.

Sounds like a made up story to get more publicity on Paypal and just another reason to use paypal and not a credit card

That WOULD be a good and classic business strategy.

It is kinda like celebrities. Half of those articles they supposedly hate are placed by their own people to generate publicity.
