easiest dongle/hotspot urgent
 

so after switching from basic att to att uverse i learned the ip does not switch, set up a vps, that kept crashing, i am losing money now as i cant connect so the dongle/hotspot is my option now. i am not tech savy at all, i have windows 8 and need something easy to install, ease of use comes before price for me, my question is what dongle/hotspot is best? how is virgin sierra wireless overdrive, its art walmart. i want to buy today so appreciate any answers asap, thx!!!!
