Pitching is unreal on that team.

Pitching is unreal on that team. | Joe Nathan is a solid closer. I do think that the rest of the bullpen is pretty sketchy. They will win lots of regular season games and that start pitching group is probably the best in baseball. They could have postseason trouble once again, when often times you need a deep bullpen to make it to the world series.

Sounds like Angel Pagan has made some adjustments in the offseason. Belt is off to a monster start as well. I just hope he is not Chris Shelton 2.0.

Pirates remind me of some of the Florida Marlin teams.
No superstars, just play hard and hope for the best.
Dont think they have enough to get past some of those other teams like Dodgers etc.

I actually found a Rusty Staub glove and an Expos satin jacket last summer at a local thrift store.
Make a killing on them both.
Dont remember but did the Expos have a spring training location in Florida?

He was hitting HR like mad and all of a sudden disappeared.
I think he was last playing with the Angels or Rangers a couple years ago.

@Sandy - yes they did have a spring training camp in Florida
As for Guerrero, I remember in 2012 he signed with the Jays and was tossed to Minor League action.
As per checking: On March 31, 2014, Guerrero signed a one-day contract with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and officially retired
