I watched the VP debate tonight, and I'm saddened to say that Palin seems to have done well (not that I believed anything she said). Were all those terrible interviews simply a smokescreen?

I think she did somewhat Okay... but there were those moments where she went off doing her own thing rather then answering the question at hand. She doesn't know what she's doing and it's showing.

She's a good debater. The interviews is a different format, plus not live and unedited. I believe she feels more at ease during a debate.

I think she did horribly.

* When she spoke about Gen. David D. McKiernan, she called him McClellan.

* She said repeatedly that Obama voted for a bill that resulted in increased taxes. Not only is the tax claim false, but McCain voted for the same bill on the same day as well.

And quite a few more. The 2nd one I think is the most stupid thing you can do, attack your opponent for something when your running mate has voted for the same thing.
