Does anyone know any TV programs that could even touch how good '24' is?

Wouldn't mind finding a new series to watch if it could even compete with the above series, I personally think its the best 9 series I have watched!

Any suggestions? :peace:

Game Of Thrones is on my list to watch. I have Seasons 1 & 2 on DVD but never seem to get round to watching them. Everyone says it is fantastic.

Rome by HBO was my fav...bit old now

walking dead was too slow for me, as I have a zombie obsession.....

I was really getting in to the borgias and terranova and particularly revolution and they all got CANCELLED

breaking bad is outstanding....

My current fave is Hannibal. Watch it from the begining. Much darker than the Hopkins movies.

The Tudors was a nice historical type drama...I also like the new series Vikings though off the genre...

For TV, loved Breaking Bad. Sometimes watch Walking Dead (not the highest quality but decent IMO if you have nothing), now currently watching 24 : Live Another Day. Hoping for another season of Homeland to appear soon as well.. Homeland is a lot more realistic than 24 is. Both shows deal with foreign intelligence conflicts; 24 ain't that bad though, it's a bit on the unbelievable side (lolhax), but still entertaining..

It's hard to find good quality TV gems. Might find yourself digging into past popular shows.

As for film, my #1 favorite film currently is The Prestige by Christopher Nolan. Pretty dark, mysterious and gripping. The entire film is what I would call "a magic trick" itself.
