Excel - how to open with find dialog box showing?

Hello. I wanted to know if anyone knows how I can open excel with the find dialog box showing.

Normally, I open my excel spreadsheet and press ctrl+f or use the mouse to click the find button and a find dialog box appears.

Ideally, I want the find dialog box to open as soon as I open my excel spread sheet.

Reason - to save some time in my fully loaded day.

I look for it under File or the next tab - havent seen it with excel opening right away
