I think this needs no words. eBay doesn't explain the feedback process clearly enough for newbies.

I can get them suspended, no problem ..but I need the information from both eBay and PayPal for it.

All you really need is their eBay account to die.
Their PP account has nothing to do with their eBay feedback.
Once their eBay account dies you know they will try to sign back up with the same PP account.
And we all know where that will end up.
