look at different country diets, the diet controls the illness you get there....japan, high blood pressure due to high salt but low breast cancer due to low dairy....

Totally correct. I totally agree with what oompoloompa just said.

If you guys search the top countries who have cancer it's America, Canada, Germany, UK, France.

The countries with the less amount of cancer all happened to be Asian and African countries. Now why is that? :) They eat healthy. :)

well in Africa the cancer is lower because life expectancy is low and they cant afford smoking i guess. Low number of cancer in Asia might be because of slightly different DNA, can you bring up the study? its really interesting. So you suggest that they got less cancer because asians drink less milk and eat healthier?
btw, examine.com gonna release tomorrow evidence about low carb diet vs low fat diet it can be very interesting, you should take a look.
Sorry but i cant believe in a world that allows milk companies get away with selling dangerous milk for profit without proof.

I am looking out my window and I see 5 FAT CANADIANS!!!! I wonder how many of them will have some diseases because of being over weight! Why do you think insurance companies charge FAT people more money??? Because they are likely to have something that will cost the insurance company a ton of money!

Do you really need proof? Okay why arn't we drinking milk from another animal?

These Corp. have a foot in FDA anyways. Everyone at the top profits from it. Go watch videos on the last page.

seriously tho you keep asking why we don't drink milk from other animals. same reason we eat chicken and beef and not some other meats...

I drink milk, although I'm currently on a health kick where I end up not drinking much milk, not by choice, but I usually have it with cereal and sugary tea, and both of those are off my menu at the moment.

I read the other day a comment, it said something like "Milk is for infants, to help them grow and assist the growth of cells, it is not needed in adults and the only cells it can help grow are cancer cells and we don't want that now do we?".

Not saying I agree, but it made me think. :ranger:

it has alot to do with the immune system, although in some ways they help society there is a downside to also vaccines and also pesticides. We have changed food and also changed how our immune system fights stuff and caused diseases like allergies that then inbed themselves in DNA and get passed to the next generation, DNA is different in different countries, in as much as you see physical differences, eg/ chinese people are prone to less weight gain, and they sweat less, as less sweat glands, different races have different things like amount of hair etc etc...but take someone from a traditional diet and put them on a western diet and they or more likely their kids will get allergies and diseases they would not have had back home.......

Almond milk is nice, but I'd only have it with cereal and I have some sort of allergy or intollerance to wheat/dairy so I'm not eating cereal now (although I love it), when I cut out bread/cereal/pasta and switch to a better diet my rash goes and I have tons of energy!

Currently eating:

Breakfast: 1 half loaf slice of wholemeal seeded bread with 2 poached eggs. Small coffee.

Lunch: Tuna salad with brown rice.

Dinner: Chicken or fish, with salad or veg, a couple of new potatoes.

Snacks: Fruit, Veg, Full fat greek yoghurt.

Seems to work for me anyhow, I miss buttered toast though!

How is this on the counterfeit thread? lol.

I'm not saying milk is healthy,i just cant find something reliable that says its not.

Anyway, counterfeiting will always exist because when people desperately need money to save someones in their family's life, they will sell anything, even if it means they will be in prison for the rest of their life or other people will die. The only way is if the government hires smarter people to catch them and invest more money into it. Also educating the society might help.
I would suggest to take all the money of people who sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ medicine for example and invest it in counterfeit detecting departments and education, but they probably doing it anyway.

Wow. Just watch the BBC documentary, its actually kind of scary...⊗⊗⊗⊗ eggs???
I've encountered ⊗⊗⊗⊗ in major retailers in large U.S cities and laughed to myself, even seen complete stores stocked to the ceiling with ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Growing up in nyc it was the norm to encounter a store ran by middle eastern owners ONLY selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ at high mark ups. Kind of sad when its visualized that way in the docu.

Between the "manufacturer"/owner and the consumer, things will only get worse.

I even cracked open an egg bought from a discount grocery store the other day and my pregnant girlfriend asked me why was is so red and the yoke so sturdy????

I'm actually kind of infuriated now that I think about it. There's nothing you can do to stop it.

I don't know about shops here in England selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗. I don't have any experience with most ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but in my area of sales have knowledge. I checked cash converters website to see if they had anything under priced that they didn't realise was rare or more expensive, and found they had ⊗⊗⊗⊗ copies for sale of some items.
