Default Anyone use Skrill?

These guys suck

I've tried to reset my password several times and never got the e-mail they claim to send. Not in my Inbox or Spam folder. Several times I've clicked to reset it and still nothing. Neither have I gotten a reply after 2 days from contacting Skrill through their contact form

Never had any issues with Skrill, I think they are great.

May be worth giving them a ring.

Finally got it, although I just read that Skrill won't allow Canadian users to use them for gambling websites. Looking into instadebit instead.

Always check the fine print.

Be careful of instadebit too.

Good Luck.

I have Skrill on my website as a payment option, someone paid with it once, a small item for £3, but they charge you £5 to withdraw?! So it's stuck there until someone else pays using it.. is there another way to withdraw from them?

Other than that, no problems with them.

You can get a Skrill Mastercard. You could then use that to spend the funds in the account.

Ah, good idea, I'll have a look at that then.

I'm thinking Skrill might be more popular in a few years maybe..

It won't be as popular as PP because Skrill doesn't own any auction site .

Also Skrill is being used pretty much for like gambling and poker sites, transactions, etc. in most cases, not like items, products, etc. (unlike PP). I've been waiting to a respond of a ticket for around 10 months so far, no reply yet (wrote them even 2-3 times). Maybe I should send 'em a fax, huh.

In some cases are better than PP, in other ones - aren't. It depends of the situation, sellings, site, etc.

Skrill are always best to ring if you can.

Personally I think they are great, and have really good VIP rewards. I have gotten all sorts of free stuff from them over the years.

I'm curious why they don't want to speak by phone into our language when there're around 400-500 support reps in our country's capital city? But only EN/DE/FR/ES/IT/RU. No BG : (. Also no "local area phone", only the UK one where I generally don't know who is on the other side - a rep from UK, a rep from BG, a rep from elsewhere. And still charging money for this.
