I looked, but anybody with experience where I can deposit with stealth paypal and play and then cashout later not with paypal though.

That is generally not possible at least as far as my investigation went.
You can join in, bet and get your money back with the same method used for betting.

This is a general rule at least for my country and I guess it has something to do with money laundering.
