I don't know the names off the top of my head, but there's many apps that can be used to record your conversations, really easy to find, I think I used an android phone before and recorded a conversation I had with eBay, I think I was just screwing with the rep and recorded a conversation on a suspended account

I just kept asking the same thing over and over, it was funny, cause the rep stayed on the phone for an hour till I decided to hang up, but sometimes if u keep them talking a long time they slip up and u find out something useful

Go into google play if u have an android phone and type conversation recorder in search
