I've always stuck with Nero, just because I am familiar with it. But it works pretty well. Some people DO complain about it, though.

I actually use Ashampoo Burning Studio which is very good for all around burning. I did install Cyberlink Power2Go and it looks pretty good.

I used the former with the PC. It was good.

Shall keenly await an update on your suggestion.

Power2Go comes on all Lenovo equipment I believe. If the number one computer manufacturer in the world backs it, then I'm sure it's going to work well.

Other than that, I've stuck to Nero.

Nero works great for me (no blu-rays here but burned lots of double layer DVD's). The built-in software for Windows 7 is the worst....so many unexplained errors.

Nero is very powerful and has supported blu-ray's for years, but is a bit pricey.

Are you looking to burn .iso's or what type of file?

IMGBurn is a very good free program for the iso's with BD support.
