Excel 2010 - Rating doesn't work when i copy the column

Hi Guys
I have an excel chart almost ready , Each column is made of 7 separated columns because of the rating system demands it ...
Now the problem is when i copy the column to other column the formula stays the same and irrelevant for the other columns letters \ numbers ..
so i need to edit it manually ...

i attached a video so it will be easier to explain hopefully some could give me new forumla or tell me how to fix this current formula ...
